Shipping Policies:

• We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours.
• Standard delivery for multiple copies: FedEx ground service. Faster shipping available on request.
• Standard delivery for single copies: USPS Book Rate. Faster shipping available on request.
• International orders will be shipped by the most convenient method available.

Discounts: 20% discount on orders of 10 or more.

Returns: We accept returns without question within 60 days of shipment. After 60 days, we accept returns (for credit only) at our discretion, with written authorization. We do not accept returns from customers who show a past due balance or an unpaid surcharge. All returned items must be resellable as new books (no price tags, markings, or damage of any kind).
