To place your order, email us with title, number of copies, and shipping address. We will calculate shipping. You will then receive an email from us with a link to view and pay your invoice through PayPal. (All major credit cards are accepted.)
Your order will be shipped within one business day of receipt of your payment.
Shipping Policies:
- We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours.
- Domestic shipping via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS. Shipping charges of $2.00 per book ($5.00 minimum) will be added to each order. Contact us to request other shipping arrangements or shipping outside the U.S.; additional charges may apply.
Instructors: Your purchase price is refunded with adoption of 10 or more copies.
